I have been volunteering for the Red Cross during the lockdown and we have set up a zoom event for Gardeners with a Horticulturist lecturer. Like many others I have missed going to the Gardening Club and thought this may be of interest to some. Below are the details and the links. Thank you.

In this presentation Nigel Cox will discuss how mental health problems can be helped in the garden and look at some of the ways this can be done including the use of plants and other activities including meditation and promotion of mindfulness
